Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning unwanted items, and these costs are non-refundable.
Our shipping costs are also non-refundable if you return part of your order.
Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (please check with your card issuer for processing times).
Returns for 3-for-2 Offers
If your order included a 3-for-2 deal, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly. The refund for any returned items will reflect the price paid for the remaining items in the order after the promotion is applied.
For example, if you return part of a 3-for-2 offer, the free item in the deal will be reallocated to the items you keep, and your refund will be calculated based on the adjusted price. Please contact us if you have questions about how this will apply to your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Prints
If you receive a damaged or incorrect print, please contact us as soon as possible with the following details:
- The email address used at purchase
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The name of the item
- A clear photo showing the issue
Please note we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any personalised prints.
