Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1 day to process your order for A5, A4 & A3 prints and 2-3 days for A2 & A1 prints. Expect an email within 2-3 working days to let you know your order is on the way with your tracking number.

Please note as we enter the festive season, we are experiencing more demand than usual so we thank you for your patience during this time! 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 days using Royal Mail Tracked. We do not ship outside of the UK at this time. We are looking to add additional shipping rates soon and will keep you updated!

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ginaellenwallart@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
